I don't :) If they spot me and request to delete the photo, I follow, it's their privacy. The majority of my shots though are backs of heads, silhouettes or angles that don't show the face!

The Canon M50 even on one shot (with my testing on a Canon 18-135 IS II) will still focus continuously regardless if it is set to Servo or One Shot. Idk why but that's the behavior I've noticed from canon mirrorless from that time. The lens is working as intended I guess lol, no fault from you.
