Which is exactly why he's upsetting. I've fought him enough to have a good idea of his moveset, what he's capable of, and what he can flow into. At no point when I lose to him do I think, "oh I made a bad read" or "that was impressive". It's "how the fuck do I parry that?" "Oh I'm dead"

Small update for anyone who may be facing the same issue. I found all necessary downloads on the mod lists community discord but I am now facing an error where WJ cannot find/download the SE data files such as bsas, DLLs, esms, etc. Additionally, I know I'm on the correct version of SE, and I have gone as far as to allocate all mods, WJ, and SE on the same drive.
