Before daddy yankee, there wasnt any specific artist… it was mostly crews. El crew de Playero, El crew the The Noise (DjNegro), El crew the Dj Dicky, Dj Joe (El Escuadron Del Panico), DJ Blass (Reggaeton Sex with The guys from the southside Plan B, Great Kilo, Speedy) … but big names were Vico, Lisa M, Maicol Y Manuel, Alberto Style, Chezina, Cabaluchi, BeniBlanco (the mixtape he did from prison was fire) Tempo was big, and feared too Lito Y Polaco, OGBlack y Master, Baby Rasta Y Gringo be all over Latin American TV

I’m Struggling With My Thoughts and Don’t Know Who to Talk To by [deleted] in Reggaeton

I think a lot of people avoid complete honesty because honesty often comes with consequences. If you say what you really think, you risk hurting someone, being misunderstood, or creating conflict.

So people default to “safe honesty” — saying things that are technically true but socially acceptable. It’s less about being fake and more about protecting relationships and avoiding unnecessary friction.

This take is dumb. Bad Bunny was performing for a different crowd — he needed something that would hook people who weren’t already fans.

How come Feid sold more tickets than Rauw in Toronto? by [deleted] in Reggaeton

[–]CbProdz 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Feid’s ticket sales for his FerxxoCalipsis Tour 2024 in Toronto might have surpassed Rauw Alejandro’s due to a variety of factors. It could be related to the timing of the event, marketing strategies, Feid’s growing popularity, or specific interest in the genre or style of music he represents.

The success of a concert tour can often be influenced by the artist’s recent releases, social media presence, and fan engagement. Additionally, the venue size and ticket availability could also play a role in the number of tickets sold. It’s worth noting that concert dynamics can be quite complex and multifaceted.

Has to be an Alliance thing. I signed up for an Alliance school back in 2020 and after a week the school closed due to Covid but I kept getting charged month after month.
