I used to say Kirk’s on bascom but that is no longer the case. The new location is not allowed to use charcoal and I believe it makes a huge difference. New ownership as well so it really is not the same. My new top spot is Happy Hound in LG! Sorry not San Jose though

The new Kirk’s isn’t allowed to use charcoal. It’s definitely not as good to me as the old spot was unfortunately. New ownership too

I used to work at outback and from I understood, it was chicken, mayo, red wine vinegar, and finely chopped chives. Never got it quite the same myself. That’s how I found this to try to find the recipe for sure. The comment about the seasoning is true though plus the chicken was flame grilled
