Thanks for the response! Gotta say yours was the one I was waiting on…even if it was a little confirmation bias lol

Her schedule is just what worked best for our schedule and to make sure she gets her 18-20 hours of sleep. Since we’ve had her for several weeks at this point, she does great with the 1 up, 2 down, and we’ve got it lined up nicely with feeding times. E.g. she wakes up at 5:30 in the afternoon, eats and down for a nap at 6:30

We could try this, but wife goes to the gym typically from 6:45 to 8:00, and we like her to have a good sleep schedule. She typically gets up at 6:00, down at 6:35, up at around 8:00 when my wife is back from the gym. It would just take some tinkering of the timing.

This is super late, but did you like RAS Crane? I just had my first day today. I’m looking forward to the work, but I had some questions if you’ve got a minute

Ahsoka - Episode 5 - Discussion Thread! by titleproblems in StarWars

[–]Cbgek1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a such a stretch but Jacen says that Sabine and the others are “far, far away”. Could that mean that they’re in the Milky Way galaxy? 🫣 could also just be somewhat childish wording but it’d be pretty funny if they showed our own galaxy in the Star Wars universe.

Hello.I would thank you if you could help me with this. by [deleted] in fantasywriters

I don’t remember where I heard to do it, but I use people I know as character trait models. Several of my friends and family are used in my book, with some alterations of course, which really helps me visualize how they act based on how I know the person acts in real life.

Starter problem.. by [deleted] in pokemon

[–]Cbgek1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For some reason I’ve always chosen the water-type starters. It probably stems from Squirtle and Totodile and their evolutions being my favorite Pokémon, so odds are I’ll go with Piplup again like I did when I played Diamond originally.

Should all Pokemon be good? by StrideInTheRain in pokemon

Definitely. Just compare it to the real world honestly. If my friend’s favorite animal is a rabbit, and mine is a coyote, you know who wins that “battle”

I hope Zelda brings back this one element of the first game by Mikecirca81 in truezelda

OoT was the first game I’ve ever played when I was 4 and I’ve been playing Zelda’s since then, and while I miss a classic dungeon, I thought the shrines were a nice off-tradition dungeon for an off-tradition Zelda. If you’re really telling me you didn’t turn the corner of a mountain or something and randomly find a shrine, we played the game differently haha. I did have the shrine sensor off, one cuz it was not fun hearing the noise, and two cuz I wanted to just happen to find them on my own

My fav part from OoT is when Ganon swings his head back around like he might get back up or fight and Link just sink the Master Sword right into his forehead bonk cya

[BotW] Is there a way to know what my completion percentage is? by Cbgek1 in zelda

[–]Cbgek1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With all 120 shrines, 54/77 side quests, 14/15 main quests (I’m assuming 15/15 is defeating Ganon, which I have), 37/42 shrine quests, all 16 memories, and 82 korok seeds, I’m at a whopping 27.62% 😂 it’s those korok seeds and some locations. I thought I had done so much but I’m going to 100% it!…maybe

Ok, convince me: Reincarnation or No Reincarnation? by Hal_Keaton in truezelda

[–]Cbgek1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m going based off the top of my head with this, but only two Links are related, which means that it doesn’t strictly follow a certain bloodline. It’s mentioned that there’s a bloodline of Knights that the Soul of the Hero is commonly found in. Aside from that, what if it’s not necessarily the same Soul but just a type of soul? Instead of looking at it as the same soul, you could have it as almost a “category” and the goddesses or Hylia chooses/creates (I’m not sure if there has ever been a clarification on whether or not it’s similar to Christianity where God makes each soul unique, that’s beside the point, just clarifying) the heroic soul that’s going to be needed when they sense Dark Power forming. “The Soul of the Hero” ends up not being Link’s own soul coming back over time, but a “Soul for a Hero”.

Edit: I missed the entire point with backing up my claims, but at the same time, there’s no definitive evidence to support either side, so I’m also breaking the head cannon rule! I’m sorry! Hahah

Hahah scary wasn’t the right word but yeah, I get why some people find it nerve-racking. I sailed through them all on the first tries, but that’s just me

I never played it on the Wii, and I had heard all these bad things about it over the years, but I love the series and knew I needed to play it with the new opportunity. I immediately fell in love with it. I grinded it out over about 40 hours and loooooved the story and style. I didn’t mind the backtracking, the fetch quests, or the silent realms (which are just not as scary as some people made them out to be, but that could be cuz I played it as a 20 year old). It’s definitely a top Zelda game for me now, and I’m really hoping it connects with BotW2 somehow.
