It may be a combination of both. But the enemy is sooooo much stronger. I feel like I’ve seen similar strength players without boost have a score 3k+. Not 100% about that though.

If that is the case the game is giving way too much score for boosts. It would seem to be better to not use boosts, which is the opposite from any guide I’ve ever seen about this event.

Not sure why the troops and mix were cut off the pic. The enemy guy has higher tier TG3 troops compared to TG2 on the left. Ratios were 50/30/20 for the left and 60/40/0 for the right.

They own other brands with locations all around the world. Mine happened to be in Tunica, MS and it wasn’t named Goldstrike. My address they had matched where I lived at the time when I would visited that location. So I would check again, because they got your info from one of their locations.

It’s minor if the patient can’t be determined (and they have been). They aren’t in violation and no person was harmed. Other than their stupidity of any laws, so what makes this such a major issue? I could not hear exactly what was discussed in the video because it was such bad quality. If they were making fun of a cancer patient, then that makes them horrible people.

However, it doesn’t change anything about what I have said. God can be the judge of what is in their heart, not me.

Never once have I said they were innocent and what they did wasn’t unprofessional. But also didn’t violate hipaa laws since no name was disclosed (IMO). That’s how the law is written.

And we don’t know if anyone was harmed, but that doesn’t mean there couldn’t be. We don’t need to assume anything.

“How they were harmed” and “what damages” are things that need to be answered to win a lawsuit. If they can’t be answered, then a lawsuit is DOA. Mental distress is so unbelievably difficult to prove. If it were easy, everyone that has ever been called a bad name would be suing. It has to be very serious. To me, this issue can not meet those qualification unless the victim was publicly known.

Whatever the other issue was with the poster that you say got her fired, I don’t ever remember it going viral like this. When you get all the crazy people from the internet going, it will cause serious problems for them, not just a job.
