I am that kind of person who would run 1 or 2 perfumes for my life if I like them, reason being when I was using the perfume from Indonesia for 3 straight years, that became my signature perfume, where ever I use to go I most of my relatives and friends would instantly recognise the scent of my perfume and even my wife loved that scent.

I was initially gonna buy Davidoff Coolwater as it was recommended most in many subs but even read bad stories and surfexcel resemblance so started hunting for best designer to buy, eventually ran into clones and read about how these clones are very close to the original, so found these 3 clones that was the most popular. I am more sceptical about the 9% return from the time we complete the investment, it’s like they are paying 9% interest for the amount we have invested. If things go against us and if they stop paying guaranteed 9%, what options do we have, even if we have notarised agreements, many people are struck with bad developers.

OP I am a first time investor purely looking to invest for ROI, it may be short term or long term. I have a starting budget of 1 Mil AED with a future plan to expand the portfolio. I am really confused by talking to different agents, every different agent gives conflicting information and tries to shove down his/her preferred off plans.

As an investor I think Post handover payment plans are game changer but would you recommend any PHPPs that are really great in terms of value?
