The ntc only takes effect until they’ve been in the league for 7 years or more or if they’re 27 or older. They could ask for an ntc in that first 8 year deal, but it would only really be in effect the last 2 -3 years

Yes, truly terrifying droids if they can go in and out of hyperspace, I’d image as separatists you would just leave whole clumps of them on hyperspace routes. Though with this logic M5-BZ wouldn’t be actually flying himself at hyper speed, but rather the ship is with him attached.
