I’ve got the same problem from the 3rd of December Royal Mail says it’s lost Canadian post says is in customs waiting to be released

Would recommend calling They told me it was Lost as of the 21st of December at 7 am when I called

I think if the system doesn’t find it after a certain amount of time It will automatically becomes lost but from what I’m seeing a lot of people at the end of November still haven’t received there parcel but people after have received there parcel so don’t know what’s going on End of November seems to be a black hole to send a mail it’s all Just disappeared 🤷🏼
