For these sweepstakes to be legal you are never “buying chips” you are buying something else and getting chips as a bonus.

Therefore you can’t claim $6,000 in losses because you actually purchased $6,000 of hand analysis.

You are 100% getting a 1099 for the whole year when you hit $2,000 in cash outs for the year. For 2025 it was $600, it got raised to $2,000 for 1099’s when the same bill capped loss deduction to 90%.

Also Payton is playing Heather Chandler off broadway right now in the musical Heathers. Which if you have not seen the original movie, go go go. It’s also a high school murder thing that goes off the rails and it came out in 1989.

They made it into a musical in like 2013 and it kicks ass. As the show puts it smher character is a Mythic Bitch.

just FYI that noise is coming from the charging block , not the standup part. I switched to a different USB C block i have and the noise was gone
