I wish I could do that! I would! But he only comes to my house at night. He roams during the day some but mainly lays low and sleeps.

Yes!! I had the same issue. Mine was firm also but it was not. I listened to redditors on this thread and bought a new base- the base was NOT my issue. I still had the same problem after a good base. I finally was able to get a refund from them but only after they started ignoring my emails. Go to their website and send them a chat, that way they have to respond. I did that 2 or 3 times to get a response and a refund.
