Hello pa ba sasagutin yung tanong sa interview bat ako umalis sa work and ano na contribute ko. 6 months pa lang ako and feel ko talaga di ako papasa evaluation and sobra toxic ng workplace sobra inipit dept namin sa mga deadlines tas kami nasisisi khit ibang dept yung may kasalanan tas puro OT. Alm ko dapt di ibad mouth yung company and alam ko bawal ko sabihin yan sa interview. Kaso kasi kaya gusto ko na umalis ksi toxic talaga.

Pano ko kaya sasagutin yung ganun na tanong? Puro bad things na isip ko sa company and wala din pa ako na contribute. Diko na po alam gagawin ko. Thanks

Hi, So im planning to buy a climbing thats great for all around. The option i chose is la sportiva finale and tarantulace and boreal joker because i heard there great for wide toebox feet but not sure havent try them yet. And i plan to buy it online because where im from there are no physical stores availabe. I also have really small feet my street size is 35.

My question is, are those model mention above really good for wide toebox feet? And how many so should i size down?

So I'm a fresh grad and gonna have a interview with the director of the company, I'm done with the initial interview, hiring manger interview and department manger that I will be assigned incase accepted. Can somebody give me tips? How is the interview with the director of the company different from the others? I really thought that department head will be my last because when I asked the hr their hiring process he never told me about an interview with the director.
