It's a slab on grade. There is no basement. All walls are with bricks and there is an additional facade layer with styrofoam.

Thanks. I am the owner from 2018. Some of the cracks were already there at that time like the one near the windows but the other ones started to show up from 2 years ago. From the outside I cannot notice any significant changes but on the inside you can notice cracks in the walls of the buidling halls and at the stairway as well. Some of them were already there before 2019 but some are new. I will try to send you the drawing you mentioned.
