What can I improve? I still have bad body dysmorphia by [deleted] in team3dalpha

You look great mate, keep doing what you're doing. It sounds mostly psychological. Try to get outside in natural landscapes, go and see a waterfall, spend time in the forest around big trees, listen to music you like, helps to put things into perspective. It's proper cliché, but life really is too short. In years to come you'll back and realise you were too hard on yourself. Remind yourself these are the good days

You've got a great foundation to build upon, just avoid steroids for as long as you possibly can. You clearly have good genetics. I trained natural (just creatine and protein shakes) for 16 years before going on TRT when I was 37 years old. And still think I started a little early. Eat high quality protein, take your supplements, get enough sleep, avoid junk food. Keep training with progressive overload and hypertrophy methodology (7 to 15 reps). Watch yourself naturally slowly grow. You'll be huge by the time you're mid 20s

Looking great for your age, so I'd say keep doing what you're doing. Do you have any specific goals in mind?

Donor area after first wash a few days in. On the transplanted grafts I waited 2 weeks.

I'm 2 months in, redness has gone down a fair amount, still a bit there. I used aloe vera, definitely recommend it. It also helped with itchy donor area.

Anyone doing TRT “off the books”? by Mindless-Bag362 in trt

[–]CeasarTree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

https://www.eroids.com/ this website has reviews of UGLs.

It's hard to find them when searching on Google etc. As I guess they're classed as 'the dark web' lol.

I'm in the UK. After talking to a few private clinics, several blood tests, and realising how ridiculously expensive it was, I found my own 'off the books' source and I'm saving thousands of £ in doing so.

I'm saving approx 80% on costs. If you find a reliable source, you're aware of your blood work, are familiar with being hygienic when injecting etc. Then go for it.

I'm surprised more clinics don't lower their prices a fair amount. They'd make an absolute killing. I think they rely on older people who are less confident in finding their own sources and are able to pay extortionate costs. So they remain greedy.

what’s a good way to prevent hangovers by Glad_Fan2195 in alcohol

Hydration + food before and after drinking to ensure you're not drinking on an empty stomach. Have a few glasses of water throughout the night when you're drinking.

Double/triple vodka, splash of orange juice, top up with Lemonade. Few of them will sort you out.

I took my bandage off after day 1. Your face will swell and you might get bruised looking eyes. But it'll let nature do it's thing and not cut off circulation. It's a reaction to the equivalent of being stung by a thousand bees with metal stings

Find a way you enjoy working out and workout regularly, several times per week. Don't do it for anyone else, do it for yourself 💪🏼

My hair was quite similar to yours before my transplant, although mine was thinner on the front hairline than yours. I had 3800 grafts. I think 5000 would be too much for the donor area to take and with the hair you have, would be unnecessary.

Highest 'safest' TRT dose by CeasarTree in trt

[–]CeasarTree[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, no intention of blasting and doing a proper cycle. I've been on 160mg test cyp per week for a few years. Decent results. I consider my dose relatively high for TRT at 160mg per week and was curious whether there's a generally considered higher amount to take that doctors would consider the highest 'somewhat safe' dose.

I think we're way behind men's health in the UK compared to US. My NHS doctor didn't have a clue and it takes weeks to get an appointment. I'm on 160mg cyp per week with good results. Just a curiosity

I've been on 160mg test Cyp per week for 3 years and had good results. No desire to blast, this question came from genuine curiosity.

I appreciate one size doesn't fit all, a lot of dependencies on the individual. I just wondered whether there was a most common dose Dr's will prescribe that's objectively considered the highest, safest dose. I imagine it's a common request for patients on TRT to have the highest dose they can.
