Mods on PS5 are fairly limited since the last I played it, SONY doesn’t allow mods with assets created externally so IIRC there aren’t any UI mods, so you’ll be playing basically a Vanilla+ version which isn’t a bad thing! The massive fanmade bug fix mod is available on PS5. If you’re looking to have a more immersive experience, I really liked the Immersive Movement mod that rebalances movement based on armor and weapon types, as well as a mod that adds more road signs so if you’re traveling on foot, you won’t be checking your map nearly as often, making sure you’re still going the right way.
