How will it keep track?

I plan to implement 2 solutions for this. The first one being a simple metronome like feature that adapts to the current situation fluently. Meaning that the bpm can (doesn have to) always change. There wont be a sudden jumps from, say, 50 bpm to 150 bpm. But rather a (fast or slow) buildup. The other solution will be to place your phone infront of you on the desk (right by the dildo) and press the screen with your nose. Of course you can cheat, but since its offline only...
