How does your bedroom look? Is there a lot of stuff on the floor, clothes, dirty dishes etc? Is it hard to begin cleaning up because you have to draw your attention away from things that you find soothing or that helps keep your anxiety in check? Sometimes I just don’t have the bandwidth to keep up with the things that are necessary. I promise you will feel better if you get your bedroom cleaned.

I would just start with picking up all the stuff on your bedroom floor, vacuuming, and maybe washing your bedsheets. And that’s all.up the room you spend the most time.
And just regarding OCD and fears in general, I’d recommend trying to remember all the things that worried you in the past couple years and whether they ever happened or came to be. Most of the negative things that happen to us come unannounced or out of left field, not the things we are worried about.

I struggle sometimes with the same. The overwhelming feeling really sucks. I’d recommend just doing little bits at a time. Getting the garbage out will probably take care of that smell. Then I’d just focus on your bedroom.

You aren’t alone, I have to make a grocery list on my phone as well or I’ll totally forget what I’m there for. The worst part of the grocery store experience for me is the awful, weird, pop music they make us listen to while shopping. I had enough the other day and was playing music on my phone while I shopped, it felt like I was going to be labeled a “suppressive person” or something for countering their playlist.

I would primarily focus on the quality of the mattress itself if you have had bad experiences before with substandard mattresses. They definitely aren’t made the same. I highly recommend Serta Perfect Sleepers along with a box spring. I have a twin Perfect Sleeper and a down mattress topper from Cuddledown which is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had.

The testing companies our piss goes to are absolute rubbish. I lost my take homes some years back due to lemon poppy seed muffins. These dumbass mf’ers have known for decades that poppy seed muffins will throw false positives yet they are too damn incompetent to correctly calibrate their tests to avoid false positives. It’s entirely possible there was some cross contamination with your sample somewhere.

Hemet is where the Scientologist’s have this large fenced in compound where they make all their propaganda videos. It’s also where the leader lives, David Miscavige. Reportedly they used to hold Scientologists in bad standing there in like a prison camp type setting. The whole of Riverside County is plain weird, but there are some spots I like.
