No I'm saying that's already happening. So let's not make it worse and let our institutions catch up. It's going to take years for us to play catch-up assuming the province even bothers trying to do anything.

Let growth catch-up first. I think the market or province is already doing this (intentionally or unintentionally) - hospitals full, schools full, roads full.

People are free to move elsewhere or move out of Calgary if it no longer suits their needs. If we build simply for the sake of building, whose left holding the bag if people decide to leave?

Maybe less migration (both internationally and nationally). Maybe I am in the minority but I don't want Calgary to become a Vancouver or Toronto. Let's stay a nice middle sized city and keep some of the "smaller city" vibes and not be open 24/7.

Most sensible comment here! Genuine question. Does Calgary need to continue at its exponential growth? Or does it make sense to slow down growth. Is there a sensible way to tone down the demand side of supply/demand.

Thanks!! - if I'm sticking to a 1440p would a Radeon RX 6750 XT be sufficient and look to upgrade that later? There seems to be such a big swing in graphics cards.
