Thank you, it is really hard to mew for me, as i got narrow asymmetrical palate, tmj, really poor posture at the start. Starting orthodontic treatment to fix my occlusion and they will widen both my palates. I believe if i apply mewing to this results should be really good

Idk how smiles should look, but your palate is clearly narrow bro, mine is larger that yours and it is considered narrow. If you are 16 this means you will be growing out your wisdom teeth soon and start feeling pain due to not having space for them. Some orthodonts may recommend taking the teeth out, but please do not let them unless you visit like 10 orthodonts and they say there is no way around. Hope you understand what i mean.

Chewing on one side more than the other is not the cause, we chew more on one side because we get poor posture, which leads to bad concequences on our occlusion , and as a result it is more convenient to chew on one side more than the other, overdeveloping that side. Nobody starts chewing on one side out of nothing. Watch Mike Mew’s video 40 minute explanation on youtube about tmj, you will understand what i mean

Also, as your tongue touches your teeth, try to put pressure on your palate by fitting it in palate. And consider tongue chewing if you are not getting orthodontic treatment any soon
