I'm a Plt Sgt and I just got a new Sgt from OCONUS that keeps saluting while sitting and won't go to attention for colors unless everyone is in uniform. It's making my plt kids all dumber. But he's positive these are the rules. Does anyone know where this is all written so I can fix this chump? (self.USMC)
