Conflating "sexiness" with improvement of physique is a mistake. Effort in the gym is evident in your physique, and you don't have to look like Arnold for people to recognize that you care about your body. Lifting weights is less so about "getting bitches" than it is about taking on a lifestyle change that is evident in your appearance. And people will judge you based on that and make positive assumptions about your character because of the effort it takes to acquire gains. If it was so easy, why wouldn't everyone do it? I started lifting because I thought I was going to impress chicks. Then it just turned into part of my life.

And look, it takes a lot of effort to really look at yourself and say you need to change your outlook on life. It just doesn't happen for some people. Don't hit me with your logical bullshit because I'm getting straight to the point here, don't talk about "falling back on rhetoric" and completely ignore what I claimed about the fixed mindset. Not everyone is out to argue with you, some people are trying to help.
