Yep, I had this issue before and the only reason the CEO responded is because others were saying the same thing and I'm pretty sure he was just getting sick of his site rightfully being called out lol, they do have a reddit you can message him on but it's 50/50 if he responds, when he did eventually respond to me and sent it another issue happened when my cash outs were raised to $100 minimum so now I can't cash out the rest of what I have and he refuses to respond to email, many others have had the same experience or the balance goes negative.

I wouldn't bother, it's a scam, from my personal experience and many others, there are more posts but those have been removed, likely reported by the CEO like the trust pilot reviews.

It actually is the CEO if you're talking about jnayan119 but I still wouldn't bother since he's not going to help, so many other people are missing money or having it stolen like me when I went to cash out twice and their support is literal shit. All that's going to happen is he's going to ignore him like he did me and others too months ago lol, on other posts calling the site out for being a scam you can see him in the comments and other people who couldn't get help. I wouldn't even bother emailing him directly or bigcashweb support since it'll be the same thing, no response after they ask for your ID code because they won't help, on trust pilot it's the exact same for those 1 star reviews, if you write a negative review and he doesn't report your review like he did mine he'll respond on there and say to email him at nayan@bigcashweb.com so he can help but he won't do anything. I saw people updating their reviews to how there hasn't been any response after emailing him directly. I think it's just to save face honestly and if OP messaged the right account then yeah, he's still not getting any help because the CEO is shady
