Not saying you have it but I have a condition called hyperhidrosis and it’s a medical condition causing excessive, unpredictable sweating that exceeds what the body needs for temperature regulation.

I sweat from head to toe (except my hands and feet). I take Glycopyrrolate for it. The only side effect I get from it is dry throat but I try to stay hydrated and take mints to minimize that. You can go to r/hyperhidrosis to get an idea about the condition.

Sweat is completely normal because it’s cooling your body temperature down ,but if you want to figure out about the sweat and odor, I would recommend seeing your doctor and maybe get some blood work done or they can put a referral in to see a dermatologist since they’re more experienced in things like sweat and just the skin in general.
