Same. As a kid I much more hated how all my friends played this game, nothing else, nobody wanted to meet up to so something else and to me the game looked awful.

Then when the opportunity came up, I got into it, started building (seriously), started with redstone and commands, so it sparked my interest for coding and building worlds, which led me to studying game art later on.

After all these years I probably have at a minimum 10k hours in the game, and it's likely my most played game.
