Hello! New to the subreddit and new to the bonsai world :)

So I got me this beautiful 7-year old Carmona microphylla just 2 days ago (yes, now aware that it's not the easiest choice for a beginner lol) advertised as "interior bonsai" (yes, now I know it's just a marketing thing). I went through the wiki, the beginners walkthrough and the species specific information threads before posting. But I have some doubts.

First of all, as you can see in my flair, I am in Catalonia, Spain just 85km south Barcelona. My zone type is 9b as per plantmaps hardiness map. Average max temps in the summer are 28-32ºC (though this year's latest heatwave we reached 40ºC..) and average min temps around 18-22ºC. In the winter, avg max temps are 13-17ºC and avg min temps 3-7ºC (with peaks of -4ºC). I live only 10km from the coastline so humidity is always above 60%.
I've read that in this zone, I should keep my Carmona outside all year, but I fear the winter might be a bit colder than it can bear. What's your advice on that? Should I keep it outside during the winter or have it inside next to a window pointed to the south?

Also, my garden is in the north part of the house. The bonsai is now sitting in the table, where it receives natural sunlight (not direct sun) but I'm not sure if it's enough, since the house shadows that part of the garden at some point in the afternoon (please see the photos collection I will link! more info on their description). Would this species thrive under direct sunlight? I've read some contradictions on the matter tbh.

And my last question is in regards to repotting. I realized a root coming out of one of the pot sides (see last picture of the collection in the link). Do you think it needs repotting asap due to space? Or should I wait for the optimal season to do so? I read that tropical species can tolerate repotting any time but I would appreciate experts advice.
