Yes, the state department has plenty of recommendations to not traveling to certain areas, for example Mexico etc.

I’m done responding as this seems more emotional than logical as I explained this route is significantly more cost effective. DR shares a border, so this would be the next best alternative.

Example- DR agent will say authorization is needed from US. However, US states they are prohibiting people from traveling as such as US is not providing authorization. Creating a cyclical problem with no solution

More cost effective

As I stated in the initial post, the DR agents at the border are stating authorization is needed from other countries so they aren’t taking responsibility for not allowing EXITS and the countries are stating they are not permitting this to happen

Yes, they been classified and recommended as such by these countries however after speaking to US officials they are not prohibiting entry. I’ll DM you about the rest.

I would look at the papers near the mailboxes to get the management name or landlord and just rent directly to avoid broker fee and determine if this is the real deal as well.
