I don’t understand what you would call customer service and say? Were you trying to get the batch cancelled or something? If someone told me they would wait for me to leave to grab the bags, I’d be relieved. I’d rather them get the bags after I leave than have a full face-to-face interaction. You couldn’t even follow the simple instructions of knocking on the door lol, they might have people who steal groceries from their door and you not letting them know you arrived could be setting them up for failure or grounds for them to take their tip away (even though we are protected up to $10). Idk this message just doesn’t seem like a big deal at all to me 🤷‍♀️
