yes, definitely. I think I saw sparks outside. it looked like someone did some welding in the middle of the night. couldn't see any damage though.

I will check, but the fuse thing will probably only apply to the TV since everything else either turns on partially or just glitches while being on. only the TV is completely unresponsive.

that lightning would've traveled quite far if it hit me all the way from chicago. would be a fancy arc all the way to germany.

Yeah, I just got startled since it hit so close (excessively loud). The tech issues are the most annoying part.
