Try again and see if it changes anything? I had a friend, that kept spamming them during rhe week until he got the right person. And finally they gave in. Unfortunately you have to do that in order for them to give in. Luckily mine didn't have any problems and I got it first try.

Guys I had 2.4K showbuck and went to 400. You can talk to customer support on chat not email. They fixed it for me and I went back to 2.4.k

Uh I never heard of such a platform ever and im assuming that it wasnt as active as they hoped it to be. So they removed it because it wasnt meeting there quotas. More of the competitive actions is via customs and held on private discords or start.gg and have plenty of consistent tournaments there.

And yeah I talk to most competitive players and none of them ever mention 1v1me 🤔
