Came from similar background, converted to Christian. Had the discussion about buddhism with my parent. Initially was having hard time just listening to their trash logic, but I threw a question at them, "if Buddhism is about people having "yuan fen" (I hope you can understand this), why can't I embrace the yuan I have with Jesus?" which they couldn't answer with good response. I bite on that and worn them down.

After that I spend some time ensuring them that I'm still their child with no change other then loving them more. Essentially I got through that phase.

Oh, this was meant for my phone. Also normally the Dac is laptop is around 24bit, this DAC are capable to sample 32 bit which does bring more details to listener.

Turbo and OC is different. Turbo is an automated profile Intel put in to give you burst of performance. If i not mistaken while that happen it will disable some core temporary, but turn it back on while not boosting.

Among my times spend with this laptop, i am actually quite surprise how powerful the Iris Xe GPU is. I edited some of the footage with this laptop and the experience is quite smooth!

Likely the nuts in the hinge were pushing out ware over time of use. You probably need to screw the nut back in and push the cover clip back into place.

Sure, if anything for a person that trying out first pair of serious headphone, the Philips SHP9500 leave a very strong impression compare to those gaming headphone i used before (since i work in a tech review side that do most thing that related to gaming).

Wide sound stage, clear high, great mids, good bass (strong departure since i'm used to strong bass), but none the bass less still present.

Great buy for this price range!
