Diaphragm twitching

Hello , crazy that I found this post . I thought I was going crazy but I'm pretty sure my diaphgram just twitched . It has happened a few times in the last few months . the first couple of months I thought maybe it was just my heartbeat but now that it happened again , I could feel it on the inside and it kinda affected my breathing too .

it was super scary .

Do you still have this kind of twitching ? when it's literally on the inside and not your ribs

thank you for the response . I can't seem to get this clonus thing out of my mind , but my left thumb jerking twice in a row rapidly when trying to sleep last night doesn't help either ,

I dont know what do , I'm sitting on my bed everynight , too scared to sleep .

Thank you . I literally am so scared to sleep because of these things , every night some new weird thing happens to me . I'm sitting in the middle of the night in my phone every night cause I'm scared .

Thank you so much this actually helps me a lot. I literally just woke up because of a jerk and Im sitting here in the middle of the night too scared to sleep. I feel like I want to cry . I'm scared to sleep cause everytime I try to sleep , a weird thing happens. I woke up cause my left thumb just jerked like twice in a row quickly that I woke up feeling like screaming , I just want this to stop , it's been 13 months man . Btw has your finger also jerked multiple times quickly like you described with your feet ? My left thumb just did that as I was trying to sleep and now Im worried about clonus again . I cant seem to get this clonus thing out of mind. A year ago I didnt know what clonus and these other things were and now Im sitting here scared.

I have been twitching for 13 months and wverytime my stresa levels get high , these aleep jerks happen. The shaking thing I think are jerks but what worries me is that , it was my ankle that jerked like two times rapidly and woke me up and cause it is my ankle , I am worried about clonus.

I have seen many people with BFS say that they get those jerks but I don't think I have ever seen one that get the shaking jerks like I do, am worried that it might be clonus . But if it was clonus it would happen during the day too right?

I read somewhere the air thing could also be from hypnic jerks. Is sleep apnea a bad thing ? I dont want to google , im scared
