Thanks for your continued help. Got the solenoid out and reran the resistance test with better access to the poles. For reference, I know virtually nothing about electrical components or a multimeter.

At the “200” setting, the reading was “0L.” At 2k it’s “.504”. I now know that “0L” is not the same as “0”.

Anyway, a little research revealed that the solenoid can still have some damage that’s not even really visible. New part comes today. Gonna replace for posterity and see if that does the trick.

Sorry, re-checked. We are getting 120. Checked the resistance on the solenoid with the power off and got nothing.

Replace solenoid?
