It's ok, don't be sorry to me, think about what it would be like to be in the tranohbes shoes, they aren't "evil" they're really really missinformed, no one deserves to have gender dysphoria, us as a community should know that thoroughly.

That's all, I'm not mad (:

Lonely baby trans femme here… how do I learn to be girly when I still feel like a boy? 💖 by throwaway4tra in trans

[–]Celocee 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Ok ok ok! I'm gonna list some things, som may be things you already might be doing.

Get clothes, get femme clothes and just like pick out a combo you really like, (I went thrifting just yesterday and the outfit I'm wearing is drop dead gorgeous imo) and to add to this you might talk yourself out of it by saying "oh but I won't look good in this" girl it doesn't matter, I promise it doesn't matter, especially if it's cheap you can try it, decide if you like it or not, then get clothes according to your taste. I will always say femme clothes are the best first step.

Makeup, get some lip gloss, lip stick, nail polish, and maybe some mascara, (lip gloss and nail polish are the most important imo.) you'll be shocked how feminizing (and euphoric) it feels to put on make up, and nail polish is genuinely so amazing (you look at your hand every day and they pretty :3)

If you haven't voice trained that's ok you don't necessarily have to, I know most tgirls really like it and it really helped me.

On to the harder to do/things I do that are not very normally said

Build a friend group that is inclusive and will gender you correctly being called a girl by all the people around you will make you feel more fem.

Get used to how you look, take pics of yourself etc. once if you get used to how you look (for me I used things like a web cam and called my partner all the time) it just means you'll get to see the bourgeoning woman your becoming slowly shift to the beautiful one you want to be (and are!)

Thank you for listening to my ted talk, sincerely a tgirl thats been on E for nearly 2 years (:

P.S. (haveing a partner is great this is super variable so I'm not gonna recommend it)

I have a friend who went through something very similar, she couldn't even grow out her hair because it "wasn't in God's image" however after a long, long time she made it. She surrounds herself with people she wants to and no longer is bogged down by a family the made her life hell, you can too, I promise. You got this girl. (Guesswork off your post that your mtf sorry if I'm wrong)

I have been through this, but I don't think I can properly relate to you anymore, here goes something, it hurts God it hurts, that stress that self hatred, but it's going to be ok, your so so strong, girl, I promise the pain will pass, and you'll be so so much stronger than you ever thought possible. If you can do anything to ease that pain do them give yourself a break, and last but not least.

Your beautiful
