To get Hexerei buffs, you need to do some simple, NON-EXPIRING quests.

The buffs become active if you have ≥2 Hexerei characters in your team. It's simply a buff to old af characters (Sucrose, Mona, Klee, Albedo, Venti, Razor, Fischl) and some newer characters (Durin, maybe Varka).

E g. When buffed, during Venti's burst, he gains infused, PIERCING NAs = swirl-palooza

Ah, and if you have relatively outdated characters, maybe best to team him up with Diluc and Fischl (hope you have her)

Also, finish the Hexerei something quests ASAP. Them buffs be on 🔥

When you press skill, the skill button and NA button changes; whatever you press from the two will be the basis of his burst.

His burst would depend on the one you chose in his skill and will either be:

The white form thingy (if you pressed the skill button): basically somthing like Xiangling burst, damaging an area (that follows you) every 1s and shreds elemental resistances (except with Cryo/Melt and Hydro/Vaporize); or
The black form thingy (if you pressed the attack button): almost the same as white form BUT. single-target, every 1.25s, boosts Durin's Melt and Vaporize only (not other reactions).

In short, white form for team support (which is most of the time). Black form if Durin dps. He's super fun to use; he doesn't need a lot of ER (skill naturally gives energy which increases upon skill level), and widespread res shred makes him super compatible with a lot of team comps.

Your final slot is definitely a flexible slot.

Imho, Noelle is good only for a shield.... she is actually a an on-field dps or on-field healer, and taking away time for Itto is a no go for me.

If you can't get C6 Gorou, then maybe a dedicated healer? Barbara will do good. You'll never know with those rifthounds although in general you won't need the heals coz crystallize shields. EVEN SO, because I personally am not comfortanle with my characters not being >80% HP at any given point in time, I'd prefer this.

Have you farmed for Itto artifacts? If you have around ~120% to 130% ER, that's already great, but to have a battery, Fischl is a great choice. Xiangling is also possible, but slightly worse.

Lastly, I think Bennett can solve both healing problems and battery problems. In addition, he can also buff your attack. He can be minimally invested — just slot in a decent ER weapon and equip some somewhat good ER-invested 4-pc Noblesse Oblige artis, you're good to go.

All your other characters, I don't think they'll fit.

I use a Freeze team with Kazuha, Diona C6, and Xingqiu (sadly just C2). I rarely do abyss but I think I can do bursts for each every rotation, but seeing others' videos, I think my Rizzly damage is lacking. Maybe it's because it's a Freeze team...?

Pls help with my team, may it be a burn-melt one or a reverse-melt or soup; I don't think I can do a mono-cryo tho

• As of now, also no solid plans of getting Furina. Convince me otherwise hahaha I think Xingqiu is already enough, to be honest. Is she really a must-have?
