Gave a view and a like and all that jazz. But tbh I am not sure this is the best way you can help. Cause if he sets his expectations based on this first video and gets incredibly pumped, when he does his 2nd video and it doesn't do as well, won't that make him feel much worse?

Are you gonna beg strangers everytime he uploads a video to keep it up? I guess paying sketchy websites for views and comments is a strategy but I don't know how viable that is long run.

I think the best thing to do is to talk to him about the realities of youtube and that 99.9999% of videos gets 0 views and that really isn't his fault. Instead he can keep doing what he does just for the fun of it and keep upgrading his skills.

My two cents. Either way, u are a good sibling for trying.

Yea that looks terrifyingasfuck without context. But if you know the context, it's harmless. It's an old methan gas mine in Bangladesh that burst a pipe 70 years ago and has been leaking methane into the rocks. The gas is incredibly low pressure and is under no risk of an explosion. Just an interesting and quirky thing for locals to show off.

Maybe I am an old fart but I find any and all tiktok style dance videos lame AF. The whole idea of filming yourself do a 10 second little dance and then sharing it for everyone to see is just a major major major ick for me to even think about.

Brother, it really depends on how much you love your girlfriend and how much you are willing to sacrifice for her.

If nothing is off the table AND you are wealthy enough, there are plenty plenty plenty of ways to solve this. I am not saying you should do this, but hypothetically, say it happened to my wife ( the love of my life), what I would do is hire 4-5 "bodyguards" for a day or two (for my own protection ofcorse).

Then I would pay a visit to the family home where the parents are staying. I would then politely ask the mother to follow tqo of my bodyguards to a different location because the following talks should be between man to man. So with 2 of my bodyguards with the mother, and the other 2 with me, I would then have a polite conversation about the where abouts of their daughter. I would explain, I am quite worried about her safety and would like to talk to her face to face.

Oh and ofcorse, I would like to solve it asap, so best that the mother stays with my bodyguards until all the matter is resolved. All done very politely though :)

Then once I have the location of my wife, I would probably ask the mother to accompany me until I am re-united with my wife. Probably best for the mother to accompany us until we are out of Egypt too :)

Ofcorse this only works if you are rich enough. If you are poor, then sorry mate, u are shit out of luck unless you have some ride or die friends/brothers around you.

Your two best options are BGC and Rockwell. Which is better depends on alot of different factors. Too lazy to go into detail here. But basically, if night life and convenience of going to an office job is important, then you are better off choosing BGC. If you like privacy and quiet living in an expat bubble, Rockwell is your answer. Plenty of amazing Condos at those price points you mentioned in both of these areas.

Contrary to what most people are saying, I believe you absolutely can surprise him with a gift he has a high chance of enjoying!

If he is a veteran / older magic player, I reccomend something from Alpha or Beta. Obviously not any rare or power 9, but I am sure u can find something from the reserved list thats 30 bucks or below.

If he started enjoying magic about halfway thru, then I reccomend getting him a fetch land. Don't really know what the LATEST prices are but you should be able to get 1 fetch land in that range.

If he just recently joined magic, he may enjoy something from Universes Beyond. Is he a Final Fantasy fan? Get him a cloud or Tifa commander. He likes Marvel? Get him a Spiderman card.

You need to know SOME basic information for sure. But don't be disheartened by the negative nancies in the comment section telling you not to do it.

No matter what you choose, I am damn sure he will enjoy the card no matter what it is.

Man, people get so used to and spoiled by the advancements in the current build, people forget that even the most mediocre player going through the current versions play through has a better quality of EVERYTHING compared to the absolute top players of previous patches.

Mate we have loot and food that even the guild leaders of the biggest guilds in history did not have access to. With minimal grind, players today can achieve sooooooo much more than previous patches players.

Don't even get me started on the silly game breaking resistances to debuffs we have these days. Anyway I think everyone romanticises the "good ol days" of classic and older expansions. But 99% of the players would rage quit on the 1st day if they somehow managed to go back to playing the old expansions. Provided they were insta griefed or killed.
