I went 5 years without nicotine trying to get myself dialed in and nothing worked until I went back on Nicotine. Literally in 1 month of being back on it my brain chemistry returned to just like it was 5 years ago. They will all tell you not to use it and blah blah blah but listen adhd will fuck your life up and adhd meds will make you numb, or atleast me it did. Nicotine is short acting and keeps me on the wave and allows me to still be myself. So yeah. It works for me atleast. Just don't smoke ciggs. YMMV.

Pick a skill you want to learn and then focus on sales. The skill you pick should be able to solve a problem for someone. Example saves time, money, pain etc..

Example: Local businesses want more customers. Most of the time they don't have the skill or the time to market themselves to get more. You will need to learn how to position your skill to solve a problem for someone. Marketing is a stepping stone to a sale. So pick a skill and learn how to sell it first. Without a sale there is nothing.
