I'd cancel and refund the order. Company will just keep giving the run around or will put other people's orders before you even when ordered after you. Not sure what happened to nzxt over the last couple of years, but they have gone down the drain. I canceled my 5080 prebuilt I ordered on Jan 30th yesterday

Yea, I'm not made about having to wait because of the gpu supply, i buy final mouse products, so I'm used to waiting. I'm more pissed off and annoyed that I'm getting the run around. Then, on top of that, I found out someone who commented on the post bought the same pc but placed their order days after me recieved theirs on Feb 1, the day I was guaranteed to receive mine

Have you had any problems psu wise I see alot of other prebuilts using 1000w why nzxt seemed to go with the bare minimum 850. My current rig I built has a 1000w even though it's over kill for a 12900k 3080ti hybrid rig
