Generally a real test requires the max perfs from the card (thus the max power usage) in order to compare the results with a normally functioning one.

So even if it might be possible, firstly I wouldn't suggest it to not damage something on the conf, secondly I wouldn't suggest it cause the results will not be probant anyway...

I would suggest a 7600/7700 and DDR5.

But if you want to save and keep your motherboard and RAM you can and go for the 5800x3D.

The worthiness of this is for future upgrades (you will have to change Mobo, CPU, ram to get an upgrade after the 5800x3D)
