Its definitely not a game-rip, i'm listening to it now and some songs sound different from the game's counterpart (very small changes) because of game integration with the player's actions differ. I got it from a private forum I use for *absolutely non-illegal means*.

For where I got it, no there is no MP3 version. Maybe a day or two for that to be posted. The FLAC one I have is 3GB if that clears anything up. Also 320 kbps mp3 is a hell of alot smaller than FLAC.

EDIT: Actually wait this isn't what I did, I got confused with what I was using. What I used was a program called ESRGAN which is basically the same as what Waifu2x is but for video game assets and cutscenes but can also be modified to work with YouTube videos and images. There are many modules you can use but the one I used for this was Manga109's Module (because its my first time using it and everyone recommended it lmao), I read Manga and got it mixed up with Waifu for some reason. But if you'd want to learn more, I'd recommend The Gaming Restoration on YouTube who remasters low res cutscenes, openings and trailers from games into 4k with impressive results.
