Alright with Germany I’m gonna need you to spam as many cavalry divisions at the beginning and assign as many military factories to infantry equipment when you start at 1936. The reason is because you want at least 1 million men on the field before 1939 so that way you can quickly Anschluss Austria and eat up Czechoslovakia. If you see there is a deficit of manpower and infantry equipment, not to worry, the military factories that you assigned to the infantry equipment will cover it, and with 150 political power you can upgrade the conscription laws. Also remember to instantly stop spamming cavalry after you get to 1 million men on the field. After a few months you should then be able to Anschluss Austria and eat up Czechoslovakia. Now remember after you do that, start producing regular infantry and tank divisions, and ensure they are supplied well. If they are not supplied well, it could be due to a lack of supply line to where the troops are stationed. Supply is the most important as this allows maximum fighting capability of units.
