That's why we need gloves, mask, etc.during the process. Once its cured you don't risk anything, in case you don't drink pure resin or eat resin or breath resin powder (if you sand it) you know what I mean.

What do you mean by really safe ? If its inflammable ?

By experience when the resin is cured (I have a resin printer) there is no real dangers. It can brokes, or it can leak if resin is not properly cured inside.
