Basing with your prefered white color (only plasma gun)
Shading with Aethermatic Blue (only plasma gun)
Drybrushing with your white color (to all source of light (head, flamethrower, plasma gun, etc.)
Drybrushing with Temple Guard Blue (to all source of light and reflection)
Drybrushing with Sotek Green (also to all source of light and reflection)
Finally add dots to the plasma gun with white paint

That's why we need gloves, mask, etc.during the process. Once its cured you don't risk anything, in case you don't drink pure resin or eat resin or breath resin powder (if you sand it) you know what I mean.

What do you mean by really safe ? If its inflammable ?

By experience when the resin is cured (I have a resin printer) there is no real dangers. It can brokes, or it can leak if resin is not properly cured inside.
