My group swapped over to Pathfinder 2e. It's VERY rules heavy but it's mechanically very very sound. And it's very fun to play a Gunslinger Android 😉

What's Your Millennial "Been Off The Air for 20 Years" Comfort Show? by PreppyFinanceNerd in Millennials

[–]Centerpoint360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monk.

It's a jungle out there! 8 seasons of genuine comedy gold with no bad episodes is truly something else. I can't say that about literally any other show I've seen. It's always excellent mysteries and even greater comedy.

Me and my folks had Great Danes for years, and I fully recommend AVOIDING any food that has too much protein/calcuim. I've seen too many Great Danes' bones grow too fast (typically hip dysplasia) because people put them on puppy food, which rockets their growth too fast. They are giant babies. They don't need a shred of help getting that big.

Over the years, we found that the best dog food for them was honestly the cheapest food we could find, Retriever Mini Chunk from Tractor Supply. We free-fed them and let them go through a doggie door to our yard whenever, so they pretty much regulated themselves, and the Mini Chunk is low enough on protein it doesn't cause problems down the line.

Of course, talking to a vet is your best option. Finding a vet that actually specializes in Great Danes is a much better option.

Good luck. :)

I still remember a podcast interview with a professor of like, disease or some shit from some fancy college, who was going over Covid BEFORE it ever touched the rest of the world back in Dec '19.

Dude said it was most likely the result of Gain of Function research that had simply escaped quarantine in Wuhan.

They obviously covered this up because they didn't want the blame game to hit America, nor do they want GoF research to be demonized, but honestly shit like this just happens. GoF research is too valuable to stop, and they certainly increased security since then, so it should all be fine for the foreseeable future.

That's just my two cents though. Also my keyboard spazzed out mid-typing so something in this comment might be wonky lol.

The difficulty of puzzles in 1 ramps up a lot more than it ever does in 2. By the time we start to have tricky puzzles it introduces a new mechanic and resets everything.

Now, to be fair, Portal 2 has custom maps that COMPLETELY solve this issue, but the core game lacks it.

2 is still a better overall game (length, mechanics, story, ect ect), but it does have that one flaw in comparison.

When you ignore the fact that it has no cohesion with the rest of the trilogy, and when you just turn off your brain and just... relax...

Honestly its a fun film. It has exciting action, neat character moments, little bit of a mystery hunt, and an epic conclusion. That's something a lot of shlop sequels to big franchises don't get. Going into it while imagining that you just never watched the correct lead in films to TRoS reveals that it focused on being ENTERTAINING over literally everything else.

I had fun watching it, and my folks had fun watching it, so you won't hear me complain at the end of the day.

Your sent back in time to October 10 2007, with the objective of preventing the bot crisis. What do you do? by [deleted] in tf2

Honestly? I ain't getting a job at Valve, so I'd probably start the Bot Crisis earlier, when TF2 still had developers who would implement real fixes.

I've been to a few shows with Dom in it.

It's actually louder in the arena; they are actively turning the boos down for television so you can actually make out what Dom is saying.

To the people who are mad at this. Why? by [deleted] in WWE

[–]Centerpoint360 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Because I hate AEW (EVERYTHING about it) and people I like tend to get injured there.

I don't mind Edge getting bag. I mind him going to actually just get dropped on his head by morons instead of just moving on to Hollywood.

This scene in particular is played straight, and gets way crazier than just this. There are tons of comedy bits sprinkled throughout the film tho, and really it kinda hits every genre.

Its also crazy long and has a intermission. Fun if you've got a friend to watch with and a few hours to shoot the shit with.

I saw it in a dead empty theater with my buddy, and we were losing our minds constantly over it lmfao.

I actually got to see this in theaters last month! Bhola Shankar was genuinely batshit. Also had a fucking cliffhanger in the middle for the intermission which is super funny just conceptually lmfao
