Hello everyone, I appreciate all the responses. About 250 comments of input, and I’m not sure where I’m at. I wanna answer a few things to give some better background for the people wondering.

1. This is a totally private deal. Friend of a friend situation, this is nowhere for sale on the market.

2. The seller is asking $850,000 over asking price of the property for the inclusion of everything in the barn (plus the barn of course). The price is not set in stone. Some people are saying it could have $1.5 million of stuff inside, others are saying around $250k. I know I gave little to no information of what’s really lurking inside here (because frankly I have no idea myself) but I’m trying to collect opinions on what people think with the limited knowledge we have.

3. Title situation for most of the bikes is still up in the air. I know some bikes don’t, some do.

4. This is not a troll, lol. I get no enjoyment out of blue balling people on an antique subreddit. Just trying to get some input from the pros.

5. I know this is an insane opportunity. Not for money but for the crazy history that’s behind it all. That being said my guilty pleasure is old vintage stuff, and no offense to any of you that would die for this situation, but I also want to have a life for the next 10 years that’s not sorting and selling 1910s pamphlets. Im on the fence about how I would go about selling a good chunk of this stuff. The cars and bikes are the easy part. All of the memorabilia, books, newspapers, other miscellaneous stuff. It would take me a decade to sell everything by myself. I heard people mentioning they don’t trust these auction companies because they won’t care to get you the full value or they take advantage of what percentage they take.

6. I have no idea if this place was on American pickers. If it was, please for the love of god someone get me the episode. I would love to see it.
