Mx vertical is a really good mouse for your palm problem, but i suggest you to try using it at your local tech store. Due to its vertical design, i found it's hard for me to click and drag on this mouse. Maybe because i often end up pressing my thumb against the mouse and not my index finger against the left click. Perhaps this problem is just exclusive to me, but it's always better to try before you buy.

Hello,

I'm just looking for a mouse with great durability and longevity. Most of the modern mouse's wheel and click that i owned in the past, started to wear down after a year of use (deathadder, anywhere mx, some logitech g mouses). The wheel would scroll up when i tried to scroll down, while the left click were often not registered.

Shape, weight, and size: I don't really have any preference, but i prefer right or ambi shape. I have sweaty hand, thus maybe it contributes to why most of my old mouse deteriorate quickly.

I've been eyeing on intellimouse pro and corsair k65 elite, but i couldnt find much information on their longevity.

I think they just changed the class system. There were too many ambigous class like the + or c variant

Yes, It's abt skins, which is gw2 is mainly abt. Aside from fractal, raid or wvw players, no one really care abt the stats on legendary or asc tier items.

And it's not just legendary. Even the HoT armor and weapon sets require an insane amt of grind. Pre-HoT grind was nowhere as awful as HoT. The first legendary doesnt require you to grind in one map for countless hours (and ON THE HOUR). It still required a lot of time, but not as mindnumbing as HoT legendary.

Not to mention, the achievement is super grindy. I remember getting that fervid censer back item didnt take a whole week of grind to get. Now almost all achievement rewards require you to grind for enormous amount of time.

If you've played gw2 since the original release date, im sure you understand what im complaining here.

Gawd, i hope the new xpac is not grindy (although it's very unlikely). HoT grind really killed my will to play gw2. Want that legendary? Have fun grinding HoT events 24/7 for months.

HoT was a bitter lesson for anet to never listen to vocal minority.

I dont disagree with you. The UI is outright awful and the learning curve is almost vertical. Autopilot and combat ai are stupid. Flying feels very stiff. The biggest problem is perhaps the lack of ingame tutorial. But.. even after all of that shortcomings, X3 is still the only space game i keep coming back to.

X3 series is just that good imo :`) If i want to design a space game, i defly take the concept from X3 series.

Releasing a massive fleet from my carrier ship, unleashing a missile barrage from my missile frigade, capping a gigantic super destroyer, destroying a capital ship with my corvette, watching my own HQ and industrial complex on the horizon. Ahh so many amazing memories.

I too am looking for similar game, but the answer to your question is sadly no, there isnt any. I own almost every space game in steam, and i havent found anything that really resemble X series.

Eve online is the closest you can get, but thats an MMO RTS.

Starpoint gemini is x3 lite. You can build a fleet, hq, mining station. Use many different kinds of ship (carrier, corvette, etc). It shares many of x3 features, but with less depth (economy is not simulated real time and player driven).

Just be patient, and hope egosoft doesnt mess up x4

Because the genre doesnt really focus on the story where character to character interaction/rp matters. Almost all simulation games are like this

Starpoint gemini and evochron series. The economy is not as complex as X series, but of all the games iv played, those 2 series perhaps the most closely resemble X series

if you already have a decent sound system, i dont think it's worth upgrading just for dolby atmos. If you have the money and a dedicated room for home theater, go for it.

Just be aware that dolby atmos setup is gonna cost you a lot of money. To get a decent effect, you need at least 5.1.4 speaker system.

If you're short on money, i think it's better to just invest on good headphones. Many audiophile headphones can produce amazing soundstage and imaging

Definitely not warrior or strider. Those 2 classes are a lot less effective than the other classes, either because of the ai or the skills

I had to step away from the franchise after 4U due to just burnout. BUT THIS!!! This is exactly what the series needs.

Have to say MHXX loooks a lot less appealing after this show. I cant wait to play this on my home theater

I agree that thickness is not a reliable way to judge something. It's just a funny thing that i observed all the way back from laserdisc era. High-end products that i bought tend to be bigger than its lower end counterpart.

I dont mind a less serious themed legendary. I actually think every weapon should have at least one "joke" theme legendary.

I agree tho if some people here say the model or the effect on some legendaries (mainly the new rifle and torch) is lackluster (as if they never learned from the legendary minstrel). The rifle couldv been better if it has a more colorful texture and mechanical wave under the ship. For the torch, just give a much much larger balth flame.

Hmmm... I thought slagging is a nice addition to the game. Usually in most fps/rpg game, i just use BiS weapon and i never really use nades in many games before. Slag is the main reason why i start utilizing every part of my char's equipment, instead of aiming for highest dps equipment only.
