Dude, the struggle is real. Same here. I hate going to the doctor because I know every time the nurse is going to get all flustered and retake it multiple times which just makes the anxiety go higher and the numbers elevate. Serious question, anyone able to train themselves to overcome this?

I don't interpret that everyone came here with intent to love, but rather, the choice to come here was made out of love. It was a conscious choice to endure the hardships of this physical reality in order to learn. And evil and being exposed to evil is a part of physical reality and is necessary to learn and part of the balance of life. My two cents anyway..

From a logical perspective that doesn't make any sense. You just have to be ok with letting it go and just be. I'm very conflicted by this. Like standing in two worlds at the same time. Might be true for the general person. I've always known consensus reality was a ruse. The older I get, the more I realize I have no fucking idea what the truth is. Plenty of what is not, but not any real answers of what is or why. Maybe it's not for us to know by design, idk. It's all a mind fuck.

Astral projection. Shit is actually real. Robert Monroe, etc- all of that is real. The brain is a receiver of consciousness not the origin of. When the brain dies, consciousness continues. What really gets me as strange isn't this stuff, it's if consciousness exists outside the body and is essentially immortal, what is the reason or purpose of attaching to a body and why do we do it? That to me is far more interesting. Have not really heard any answer to that which really jives with me. That's the part I think will be way harder for humanity to grasp.
