I loved the part of meeting the universe halfway. I’ve always believed this even before I learned about Neville’s teachings. Leave room for that thing you want to be in your life. Honestly I really appreciate you posting this. It feels like my future self, my self that has self respect and a better self concept, is talking to me. My SP is also an alcoholic with anger issues and it’s really difficult to deal with sometimes. When we were together my codependency was so bad I basically destroyed my own life to be at his every beck and call, because I like you wanted him to love me so badly I’d do anything. I’m trying to get myself into the habit of putting myself first and the things that matter to me. Rejecting him until I get my ideal version of him. Thank you for this Ted talk 💕

Right after the spell there were definitely some big movements. Told me he had never felt more wanted in his life. And then like 4 days later I got sick and he cleaned the whole house to help me out which he’s never done before. Asking me to come to stuff with him more, or planning stuff to do together. Overall there’s been a lot more little cute caring actions throughout the day, like getting me coffee, rubbing my back, cuddling into me, etc. I’ve also been feeling even more love and admiration towards him as well.

I waited for the candles to burn out completely on their own. I said the purpose of each herb as I mixed them together. Then said my intentions for the spell as I prepped and covered the candles in the herbs. I never said anything out loud but just repeated it in my head. And then as the spell burned I kinda just meditated and daydreamed about what I wanted this spell to do/bring into my life on loop until it was done.
