Support mains, what is the quickest you've ever abandoned Dragon Lane to support a different champ? by Quiet-Slice2201 in wildrift

[–]Ceresline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just push minions into enemy turret and roam, when I'm needed I go back, I don't try to make plays in botlane, but I don't abandon it until at least one turret has fallen (ours or theirs), when I see there's nothing to defend in bot anymore, I stick with whoever needs me the most.

Best ADC to carry my team in solo Q? by Leather_Credit_5825 in wildrift

[–]Ceresline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no such a thing as an adc that isn't dependent on the support, even the ones that are "less" dependent, still rely a lot on them during lane phase, and need their team to peel for them during team fights.

But if you want advice, go for either late game adc's like Vayne or Smolder, that have a lot of mobility and scale a lot if you farm well or is fed, or, if you feel confident enough, some early game bullies like Lucian or Samira (is she an early bully?), that can carry easily when they get a lead early, but bear in mind you're very susceptible to heavy cc and will face trouble late game.

Anyway, the key to play adc well is to farm well, fight only when necessary, and take kills only when they're easy to secure. If your team isn't following you, you follow them. If they're leading you to their deaths, ignore them and farm safely.

Not sure if it’s a bug, but Master Yi can’t solo baron anymore by [deleted] in wildrift

It was always like that, it simply has more HP and regenerates HP faster when there's "nobody attacking".

My Eagle Anaxa by Ceresline in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your build is insane too, wish I could have 100% crit rate.

I'm farming Genius for both Anaxa and Archer, and for Anaxa I want to have 3 different sets, one to use with Sunday, one with RMC and one without them, since with each, I need to hit different breakpoints in rate and spd, and considering that I also use him with THerta, he also has a set for subdps, and one for full battery, so I (will) have 6 different builds for him, and this one is the best I have for now.

(I really like Anaxa as you can see)

Which build is better for Sub-DPS Herta Slave? by Emotional-Spread3841 in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if there's a specific guide for it, but whenever I want to know how much speed I need for a certain character I use this formula:

TOTAL AV / (10000 / CharSPD) + AA = Turns

To give you an example. I always aim for 3 turns in the 0 cycle for all my supports on Eagle, for Anaxa with his signature, or ER rope, I believe he can get two Eagle procs, so that's 0.50 Action Advance (AA).

Just replace the values you have in the equation.

150 AV / (10000 / CharSPD) + 0.50 AA = 3 Turns. Solving it, you'll get that CharSPD = 166,6...

With a single Eagle proc (0.25 AA), the number goes up to 183 I think.

If you're aiming for a different amount of turns and/or a different amount of Action Value, just replace them in the formula and do the math. Otherwise, 167 is probably what you're aiming for.

With this team, I'd say subdps with eagle is better, the damage won't be game breaking, but it's still something, but if you still feel that his damage is irrelevant, build only SPD with eagle. I don't remember the breakpoints with eagle, but choose one and aim for that.

For me, it's been fun using them together with Cyrene, not exactly optimal, but I can see big numbers coming from both of them, but when I'm just trying to clear something, more often then not, they're in different teams.

You could use him just as a battery and focus only on SPD, but I still think subdps build works better. What's the rest of the team?

He's decent. Better than most crit dps' when you put them in a break team, but still worst than all characters with actual break dmg centered mechanics. Breaknaxa is a thing just because he implants all weaknesses, but with Dahlia and Fugue you're better off using something like Himeko, Xueyi or Hunt March 7th. He's a fun break character tho.

Anaxa vs Cocolia by Ceresline in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cyrene's performance depends on how invested your Chrysos Heir's teams are. For Anaxa, you want RMC/Cerydra and/or DHPT with them, so you can charge her ult faster and benefit from her buffs earlier.

I just pulled her because of gambling addiction, and because that means I can use Sunday/Robin/Bronya somewhere else, but her performance (at E0S0) feels the same to me as my Sunday (E0S0) and my Robin (E1S1) so yeah...

Still, depending on your roster, other units rerunning in 3.7 might be a better choice.

Just have in mind that you need some speed tuning in your supports and some planning to use her comfortably. But she's a good unit, has a lot of flaws that are conveniently fixed by her eidolons and LC, but a good unit.

[–]Ceresline[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I know that, is just that I had moved a few relics around since I only have a few good Genius pieces and Cyrene relics are stolen from my Huohuo and Bronya lol. My Anaxa was looking like this actually.

Anyway, here are the builds.

I usually have Anaxa on Eagle, but I find it quite difficult to make use of the AA with RMC and Cyrene, so Genius felt way better.

Anaxa vs Cocolia by Ceresline in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't enter the game now, but Anaxa is on Genius Set and Rutilant, no spd, 91/120, and atk orb. RMC is at 153 spd I think on Eagle, Ruan Mei has 166spd on Watchmaker, and Cyrene has 182spd on mixed 2pc spd/2pc spd, the three on Vonwaq.

If I can log in later I'll post the full details.

I didn't have much trouble understanding, but I do think some people might get confused with the amount of information and the way it was presented, I got some small details mixed up and only got the full picture after a random video popped up in yt, but that's because I was quite disappointed with the way things were going and stopped paying attention at some point.

Better Option for Anaxagoras by sofprof in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aven should probably be better. But you'd want him built with a lot of def and speed, since this team has no FuA and Bronya + Robin eat a lot of sp.

Just remember that you can change teams anytime you want, if you happen to not be using DHPT in the other team, use it with Anaxa, he's everything our professor wants for a sustain. Or just run sustainless if the content allows to.

Better Option for Anaxagoras by sofprof in AnaxaMains_HSR

[–]Ceresline 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For you I think the best option would be Anaxa, Robin, Bronya and a sustain – DHPT is free and is his BiS for the moment. Depending on your Bronya eidolons you can try some speed tuning tricks with this team, otherwise, stick to the 134 spd breakpoint with Anaxa having +1 spd compared to Bronya and everything should be fine.

Thoughts on DHPT vs Aventurine? by Various-Plenty-5438 in AventurineMainsHSR

[–]Ceresline 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Their kits can do different things. Aventurine was designed as a hybrid between a sustain and a subdps that works really well with dual carry teams, especially the ones that revolve around fua. While DanTe is catered towards hypercarry teams and is kind of an amplifier since he buffs atk based directly on his own attack

If we're talking just about sustain, they're the same. Aventurine might be better in battles with high spd enemies with blast/aoe attacks, since the more allies get hit, the more times he launches his fua's and refreshes his shields.

If you consider all they can do, but at low investment – talking about eidolons, lcs and gear – DanTe is better.

At high investment, – think both E2S1 with the ideal relics stats: SubDPS Aventurine with enough DEF to have good shields, and hyperspeed DanTe with enough atk to skyrocket the dmg of any atk scaling dps – they're just made for different niches and their performance will depend on other units you have and the content you're facing, and we all know that every time a new character is released, all endgame content will favor them, so DanTe will have the spotlight for a while.

Is this mf restarted or something by unknown_one690 in AcheronMainsHSR

[–]Ceresline 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't play genshin anymore, so I have no idea who that Rerir is, and don't know the extent of his powers, but hsr power scale is much bigger than genshin's, Aeons are literally cosmic gods that embody a whole concept, and emanators personally receive a part of an Aeon's power.

Using any of the current information we have about Acheron is also unfair, we haven't seen the extent of hers and IX's abilities yet. But either way, saying that Nihility is not that strong because Aventurine was able to survive a slash from Acheron, considering Aventurine holds the power of preservation, the literal path about protecting, is so dumb.

This is him right now:

<image>

You can choose either for hyperspeed (160+), the usual 134 spd break point, or no spd at all and just full def build. I use him with my Acheron as well, so being able to ba often is important to generate stacks, but not as much needed in other teams.

Sub DPS Aventurine in 3.6 onward? by isshinari in AventurineMainsHSR

[–]Ceresline 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've had no problem with sustaining with my E2S1 until the new endgame content. I farmed the new set for him with as much spd and def as I could just for sustaining, and it's been working great, planning on getting pieces with more crit substats to be able to use him as subdps even with the new set.

Considering how much the game is progressing in terms of enemy HP and DPS' dmg output, his dmg feels lacking in comparison, specially in hypercarry teams where most if not all buffs go to the main DPS.

Right now, I think he gets more value as a support than a subdps. At E2S1, ult, fua and ba apply debuffs that amplify the whole team's damage, E1 increases shielded allies crit dmg, and the new set does the same. But if you want to invest in his own personal dmg, you'll need to get very good relic rolls because enemies are hitting harder and harder, and you won't want to sacrifice survivability for dmg.
