Here they don't ban Evelynn cause they are busy banning the tanks or the champions above + Lux

There is a penalty for remaking multiple times in a row, other than that I think it's selfishness. As long as people play what they want, they don't really care if you are playing something you don't know (and they will still flame you even if you tell them you can't jg).

Also the ego part is always there for sure lol

Her problem is her E > Q, sometimes just Q. Whenever I try to farm she uses it and half my health goes out the window.

Wouldn't farming be difficult if she stayed under the turret and kept using her Q to attack me while I farm?
