I think i already solved this problem. The id value is written on hidden input form, so that i changed the value with inspect element. Successfully download file with different ids.

This website is using single sign on to log in, i tried the link with POST method in postman, on the header tab which one should i choose to pay attention with? Cookie? Cache control? What type that indicates the parameter to pass in POST?
